While kids finish up at school, May is the start of the festival season in Illinois. It’s time for communities across central Illinois to celebrate everything from the crops they raise to the town’s history.
The Elmwood Strawberry Festival is always held on the first Saturday in June but if you miss that, strawberry festivals are also coming up in Arthur, Kankakee, Long Grove, and Tiskilwa.
